My Order Has Not Arrived

- Orders with multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in different boxes on different dates. Each box will have a separate tracking progress bar in Track Your Order.

How Do I Return A Damaged or Defective Item?

Please take photos for the damages and contact our customer service center (autojoycs@gmail.com), we will offer you corresponding return address depending on your location.

Order is Missing Items or Part

If items or parts are missing and not being shipped in multiple shipments, you may request a replacement or refund through autojoycs@gmail.com.

Receive Incorrect Item

If the item you received is not the item shown on your order in Your Account, you can return it for a refund or replacement. Please take photos for the package which can show the details of the shipping label and SKU clearly and mail to autojoycs@gmail.com.

No Longer Want the Item Ordered

-Item not shipped. Please contact customer support to cancel your order before it is shipped out. Your order will be sent our within 24 working hours normally. (Weekend and holidays are not included.) -Item shipped. Please make sure your item is still within the Return Policy and contact autojoycs@gmail.com.

-Item on the way. Please sign for the package and keep the package unpacked and in original status, then mail us at autojoycs@gmail.com.

Change Order Information

The order can only be changed before delivery (24 hours handling time normally), in this case you could contact our customer service center to change it. Once your order status has changed to “Fulfilled”, your order might be already sent out, then please don’t refuse the delivery, just receive it and contact us at autojoycs@gmail.com. If you intend to return to package and do not need it any more, you’d better don’t unpack it and contact us directly.

Credit Card Authorization Holds:

An authorization hold will be placed on your credit or debit card each time an order is placed to confirm there are funds available to complete the purchase.

For cancelled orders, authorizations may take up to 5 days to be released. The length of the hold is determined by the bank or other financial institution that issued your card. You will not be charged for cancelled orders.

Where We Ship and Delivery Times?

We ship products to United State, United Kingdom, Europe etc. If you address belongs to remote area, then you might need to pay surcharge for your package (depends on the carrier). The item will be sent depends on the item location, we have warehouses in different countries, the system will choose the nearest one for you. Domestic delivery lasts about 2-5 working days, and international delivery lasts 5-15 working days in general.
