Q&A: The second monitor cannot be used if it is not connected

Question:

Hi,
I just bought the headrest dual DVD player and everything works fine as long as I keep the player connected (both at home and in the car). As soon as I pull the plug out of the socket, the monitor switches off (although the player continues to run and the battery appears to be fully charged - the green light lights up at the end of the charging process). Did I do something wrong? Both the AV and DC cables are connected to the PLAYER (DC output) and the MONITOR (DC IN) ... and it actually works when the PLAYER is plugged in!

many Greetings
Riccardo

Answer:

Hi,
I'm sorry to give you trouble, but it's a normal phenomenon. If the player is not connected to the power supply, the second monitor cannot be switched on. The second monitor can only be started normally when the player is switched on.
